The Massachusetts Society of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery, Inc. (MSO) invites sponsors/exhibitors to participate in our fall educational program on Wednesday, November 13, 2019 . from 5:30 pm-9:00 pm at the Massachusetts Medical Society in Waltham, MA.
Grand Sponsorship: Up to three company representatives can join attendees for dinner. Includes premier exhibit table placement, premier website acknowledgement placement, program handout acknowledgement plus verbal acknowledgement during the program.Cost is $ 3,500
Dinner Sponsorship: TUp to three company representatives can join attendees for dinner. Includes website acknowledgement, program handout acknowledgement and verbal acknowledgement during the program. Cost is $ 2,500
Supporting Sponsorship: up to two company representatives can join attendees for dinner. Includes verbal acknowledgement during the program. Cost is $ 2,000
Exhibitor Only: Cost is $ 1,000
*ALL levels include a 6-foot exhibitor table and dinner for at least 2 company representatives
In addition to the opportunity to join attending physicians, residents and office staff for dinner (first 3 levels) , the exhibit area is used for light snacks during registration and for a 30-minute break after dinner for dessert and beverages.
