• MSO Member – $25.00
  A member in good standing with dues up to date for the 2025-2026 membership year
• Non-MSO Member – $50.00
  A practicing physician specializing in ENT-Otolaryngology / Head & Neck Surgery
• Oto-ENT Fellow – $25.00
  Fellow currently enrolled in a MA-based ENT-Otolaryngology training program.
  
  Special note: If you pre-register (1) by Wed Oct 29th and attend, your registration fee will be refunded post meeting (2) AFTER Oct 29th and you attend, no refund applies (3) on-site, no refund applies.
• Oto-ENT Resident – $25.00
  Resident currently enrolled in a MA-based ENT-Otolaryngology training program.
