Registration

• Audiologist Non-Member – $50.00
• ENT/OTO Fellow – $25.00
  Currently enrolled in a MA-based ENT-OTO training program. If pre-registration is made:
  (1) by Mon Oct 26th and you attend, your registration fee will be refunded post meeting
  (2) AFTER Oct 26th and you attend, no refund applies.
  
  If you register on-site, no refund applies.
• ENT/OTO Resident – $25.00
  Currently enrolled in a MA-based ENT-Otolaryngology training program. If your pre-registration is made:
  (1) by Mon Oct 26th and attend, your registration fee will be refunded post meeting
  (2) AFTER Oct 26th and you attend, no refund applies.
  
  If you register on-site, no refund applies.
• MSO Member – $25.00
  Member In Good Standing
• Physician Non-Member – $50.00
  A physician specializing in ENT/OTO/Head & Neck Surgery who is not a member of MSO.
• Physician Office Staff – $50.00
  Employee of a Massachusetts-based ENT/OTO physician practice. Requires registration of at least one member or non-member ENT-OTO physician from the practice.
