Registration

• ENT/OTO Fellow – $25.00
  Fellow currently enrolled in a MA-based ENT-Otolaryngology training program. If you pre-register:
  (1) by Mon Oct 26th and attend, your registration fee will be refunded post meeting
  (2) AFTER Oct 26th and you attend, no refund applies.
  
  If you register on-site, no refund applies.
• ENT/OTO Resident – $25.00
  Resident currently enrolled in a MA-based ENT-Otolaryngology training program. If you pre-register:
  (1) by Mon Oct 26th and attend, your registration fee will be refunded post meeting
  (2) AFTER Oct 26th and you attend, no refund applies.
  
  If you register on-site, no refund applies.
• MSO Member – $25.00
  Member in Good Standing
• Non-Member of MSO – $50.00
  A physician specializing in ENT/OTO/Head & Neck Surgery who is not a member of MSO.
